What are intellectual property rights?
Intellectual property (IP) rights are legal protections granted to creators   AND     Innovators and  who  undertake discovery of any product or services , which has not been discover earlier by any body and this can be original work of originator,  for their original works, inventions, and discovery of there product.  The legal protection is granted,These rights allow  innovator to control the use, reproduction, and  consumption for the society of their work, and to give benefit to the society at large, by this way the creator can  satisfy the needs  of consumer and financially explore the product and services for the consumption and he may be derive benefit financially from their creations.
There are several types of intellectual property rights, including:
1. Patents: Protect Discovery and innovations, such as new products,  or services, or system.
2. Copyrights: Protect original literary work  of author , lyrics of poet  musical, theme and works, such as books, novels, articles.
3. Trademarks: Protect distinctive  image, symbols, that identify a business or product, such as  design of logo and brand names.
4. Trade Secrets: Protect confidential and valuable information, such as business secrets, software system, processe and farmulas.
5. Industrial Designs: Protect the  appearance of a product, such as its shape,size, configuration, or system.
6. Geographical Indications: Protect the names of places or  jurisdiction   that are associated with specific products or services.
Intellectual property rights provide several benefits, including:
1. Exclusive rights: Creators have exclusive rights to use, reproduce, and distribute  and supply the products or services for the consumption of the  society.
2. Financial benefits:  innovator can benefit financially from their creations through licensing,  launching of product in the market for the consumption of society.
3. Protection from unauthorized use: IP rights protect creators from unauthorized use, copying, or theft of their work.
4. Encourages innovation: IP rights encourage innovation and creativity by providing a financial incentive for creators to develop new ideas and products.
